We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our development teams and ensure successful project delivery. You'll be the bridge between clients, stakeholders, and our engineering teams, ensuring clear communication, proper planning, and flawless execution. This role requires someone who can balance multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and keep everyone aligned toward common goals.

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for multiple concurrent projects
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate across cross-functional teams
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Communicate project status, issues, and success metrics to stakeholders
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
